I have tried to be guided by a few principles. One is to be a good listener, because you never learn anything when you are doing the talking. Secondly, is the saying of Edmund Burke: “Nobody makes a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could do only a little. And then there is Mayou Angelo: “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
